Carl Turner is an experienced Sports Therapist with over 25 years in the health, fitness, and rehabilitation industry. He holds a FdSc in Sports Therapy (Distinction), Level 4 Sports Massage, and a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation with Sports Therapy (First Class) from the University of Plymouth. Carl is also qualified in Corrective Exercise and Exercise Referral for Medical Conditions, supporting clients with injury recovery, pain management, and improved movement and performance.
A published, peer-reviewed author, Carl combines academic insight with extensive hands-on experience to deliver evidence-based, results-driven care. His approach focuses on identifying movement issues and applying targeted corrective exercise and rehabilitation techniques to restore balance, strength, and mobility.

Alex Boughton is a highly qualified Sports Therapist with extensive experience in both clinical and sporting environments. She holds a FdSc in Sports Therapy (Distinction), a Level 4 qualification in Sports Massage, and a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation with Sports Therapy (First Class) from the University of Plymouth. Alex also holds a PGCE, which reflects her ongoing passion for education and sharing her expertise with others and colleagues alike.
Having worked with Plymouth Albion Rugby Club, Alex has gained valuable experience supporting athletes with injury management, recovery, and performance optimisation. She takes a hands-on, evidence-based approach to help clients of all levels recover from injury, improve mobility, and maintain an active and healthy lifestyle throughout the year.
Alex offers sports therapy, injury assessment, rehabilitation, and sports massage treatments, working part-time in the clinic every Monday from 5pm in the evening.
