Useful information about your visit

Location

Plymouth Injury Clinic
HQ Business Centre
Office 31
237 Union Street
Plymouth
PL1 3HQ

We’re based inside the HQ Business Centre, conveniently located on Union Street — just opposite Lidl and only a few minutes from Plymouth City Centre.

Directions

From Plymouth City Centre, head towards Devonport along Union Street. You’ll pass Aldi Supermarket on your left-hand side — continue driving towards Lidl.
Turn left just before Lidl (as if you were going to enter the Lidl car park), then take an immediate left into the HQ Business Centre car park.

There is free on-site parking directly next to the HQ building, facing onto Union Street, with a grass verge separating the car park from the road. The HQ building has a large glass-fronted reception area — you’ll find Unit 31 inside.

On arrival, please ring Office 31 on the door buzzer and I’ll let you in. You’ll then be able to register your vehicle on the tablet at reception for up to 3-hours free parking.

If you have any issues finding us, please call Carl on 07932 026176.

Parking Information

Visitors to Plymouth Injury Clinic can enjoy free parking for up to 3 hours.

When you arrive, please press 31 on the intercom at the main entrance and we’ll let you into the building. Inside the reception area, you’ll find a tablet — simply enter your vehicle registration details and confirm to activate your free parking session.

Parking spaces are located along the front of the HQ building, facing Union Street, and are clearly signposted. This is a private car park for visitors, offering convenient and easy access to the clinic.

What to Expect on Your Visit

When you arrive at Plymouth Injury Clinic, please make your way through reception and up to the first floor. The stairs are located straight ahead, and there is also a lift, clearly signposted for your convenience.
If you require the lift or any assistance, please don’t hesitate to call me on 07932 026 176 — I’m always happy to help with accessibility needs.

Once on the first floor, follow the signs for Office 31. My clinic is situated at the far end of the building, and there are male and female toilets available on this floor.

When you reach Clinic 31, you’ll find seating just outside my office — please feel free to take a seat and make yourself comfortable if you arrive early. I’ll come out to greet you as soon as possible, and I always aim to run on time.

Inside, you’ll find a professional, well-lit, and spacious clinic featuring a treatment couch, exercise equipment, and privacy curtains to allow you to change or prepare comfortably before your session. The clinic is warm, calm, and welcoming, designed to help you feel relaxed and at ease throughout your visit.

During your appointment, we’ll begin with a brief consultation to discuss your reason for visiting and identify the most suitable approach — whether that’s sports massage, injury assessment, or rehabilitation therapy. I’ll then carry out an assessment and create a tailored treatment plan to support your recovery and long-term wellbeing.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Plymouth Injury Clinic, I aim to provide a fair and professional service for all clients.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with 24 hours’ notice or more will be fully refunded or rescheduled once without charge.

Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time, or failure to attend, are non-refundable, as it is unlikely that the session can be reallocated at short notice.

I do, however, appreciate that exceptional circumstances can sometimes arise. In genuine cases that are completely beyond your control, I will always consider this on an individual basis.

Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the time and commitment involved in running a small clinical practice.

Health, Hygiene & Care Disclaimer

At Plymouth Injury Clinic, I am fully committed to providing a safe, professional, and hygienic environment for every client. I am fully qualified, insured, and DBS checked for all services provided, and take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

The clinic is cleaned regularly, and all equipment and surfaces are sanitised to ensure a comfortable and safe setting. I maintain short nails, wear clean professional clothing for each appointment, and will never offer treatment if I am unwell or unfit to work.

In return, I kindly ask that clients also uphold these same standards. If you are feeling unwell, please contact me before your appointment — in many cases, I may still be able to see you safely, but it’s important that we communicate in advance. I greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping maintain a clean, respectful, and professional clinic environment for everyone.

Please note that I reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate an appointment if a client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves aggressively, or otherwise acts inappropriately. I also retain the right to refuse treatment at my discretion, to ensure the safety and comfort of all clients.
