Please make your booking online through the website. I am using a 3rd party booking system ‘Sports Injury Fix’ to manage bookings and take secure payments. This booking system allows you to select a convenient appointment time and make a payment prior to your appointment. I have introduced this measure to minimise cash handling in light of COVID-19. If you are unable to book online please message me using the contact form on the ‘Contact‘ page.
Upon booking you will be emailed a consultation form for your first appointment. Please complete this in as much detail as possible prior to your booking. For all future appointments (if there are any changes to your health, contact details or personal circumstances) please let me know, so I can update my records accordingly.
